Meet Our Pharmacists

Jason Foil

I was born and raised in Durham,NC. I moved to Robeson County in 1998 fresh out of college to start my career as a pharmacist. I worked at a local retail pharmacy in Lumberton for two years before returning home to Durham to help care for my ailing father. I came back to Lumberton in 2002 and decided to open Lumberton Drug in August of 2004 with an idea to provide better patient care in a comfortable, down-home, folksy kind of setting, in contrast to the gloomy, sterile places I had worked previously. Outside of work I am married to my college sweetheart Shelley and we have four children ranging in ages from 8-1. I am also an avid follower of the North Carolina Tarheels and enjoy spending time at the beach with my family. Around Lumberton you will find me at Tanglewood Elementary picking up my boys or driving down Fayetteville Rd taking my girls to Dance. On some occasions I have been know to pick up a stray dog or two.

After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill in 1995 I was a commissioned officer in the United Staes Public Health Service in Tucson, AZ for three years. Moving back home in 1998 I worked as a staff pharmacist at Womack Army Medical Center at Ft. Bragg for two years. For the next decade I worked at several retail pharmacies in Robeson County before making Lumberton Drug my “home” in 2010. I always wanted to work in Robeson County since this is where I was born and raised. I enjoy being part of the community and am always willing to lend a helping hand to my family, friends, patients and new friends I meet along the way. I have been happily married to Spencer for 17 years and have 2 sons, Matthias (14) and Micah (11.) We are active members at Mt. Airy Baptist Church where I sing in the choir and work with the youth. When not at lumberton drug, you can often me in a basketball gym, football field, or baseball field cheering on my sons.

After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill in 2002, I began my pharmacy career with a retail pharmacy in Red Springs. I quickly realized that not all pharmacies are created equally. I knew that serving patients in an independent, locally owned pharmacy was a better fit. For the next few years, I worked in several pharmacies throughout Robeson County. I joined the staff of Lumberton Drug in 2011 and knew I found a pharmacy I could call home. I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Amanda, since 2002 and we have two very active boys, Caleb and Isaiah. When I am not chasing my children or at Lumberton Drug, you can find me at the gym doing Crossfit or on the couch watching anything related to Carolina athletics.

Jerri Ann Britt

I received my Doctorate in Pharmacy from Campbell University’s College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2006. I joined the Lumberton Drug Company family in December of 2011. I love working for a company that supports it’s community and treats their customers like family.
